Water System FAQ

We can take your water and turn it into super-sudsing, great-tasting water that meets much stricter standards than your community has.

Isn't city and well water good enough already?
That depends on your standards of “good enough.” True, most communities meet Primary Drinking Water Standards. But your water can still be loaded with impurities you can’t taste or smell – impurities that can be potentially harmful.
How does a water treatment system remove hardness?
Hardness is removed by a process called “ion exchange.” Hardness-causing particles and debris are positively charged. The water runs through our resin system, and its millions of negatively charged sites collect the calcium, rock, iron and magnesium.
How much sodium will be left?
Thanks to our patented regeneration system, you’ll find less sodium in a quart of purified water than in a slice of white bread. If your doctor recommends a sodium-free diet, our reverse osmosis drinking water unit can reduce the total sodium content to near zero.
Is activated carbon a safe method?
Activated carbon filtration is recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency for use in municipal water treatment plants.
Will my unit alter the pH of my water?
No. However, if your pH needs adjustment, we can recommend a suitable solution.
What if I move to another location?
You can exclude your unit from your real estate contract and take it with you. Your lifetime warranty is good all over the world. Our international dealer network can help

you reinstall your unit and provide you with service in most locations.

Stop lugging around expensive bottled water.

Client Testimonials

"My wife and I inherited a complete mess of a water treatment situation when we bought our first home. There were over 5 different water tanks, chemicals in different buckets, and the original company that installed them wanted over $500 just to come and take a look. Even with all of this equipment, our water was still horrible tasing and smelling.

We called Water Treatment Solutions because they came highly recommended and I am so glad that we did. Jim and his team are some of the most professional and thorough people we've met throughout this first home journey. They helped us reduce the number of tanks and chemicals and they guided us to a safe and simple solution for enhancing our water quality. Thank you for everything you've done for us!"

"I had a difficult time finding someone to look at my water treatment system when it needed repair/replacement. I didn't know what was wrong with it, and I called numerous companies and was told by many that they only service systems that they sell. When I got in touch with Water Treatment Solutions, I was pleased that they scheduled an appointment right away, arrived on time, and replaced the worn parts quickly and reasonably priced. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and put me on their list for annual checkup. Extremely happy with every aspect of this experience."
